InSilicoTrials

Information

InSilicoTrials aims to become the premier problem solver in drug development by leveraging computational modeling and simulation (in silico) techniques. Using AI and advanced predictive technologies, we support emerging biotech companies by generating robust digital evidence that enhances funding prospects and clinical outcomes. Our in silico methods reduce R&D time and costs, offering:

Virtual Patient and AI-enhanced trial accuracy.

Cloud-based simulations for comprehensive virtual assessments.

Regulatory-compliant data to support clinical programs.

We are an international team of professionals coming from healthcare, regulatory, engineering simulation, IT, cloud, and cybersecurity.

We work with a network of 70+ prestigious universities and research centers worldwide and we are currently part of 5 EU-funded projects that are really making a difference in healthcare: SimCardioTest, Brainteaser, In Silico World, Disc4All and Metastra.

Our unique cloud platform offers Pharma companies state-of-the-art simulation tools that can highly reduce the cost and time of medical products development, while increasing their safety and efficacy. We collaborate with top international regulators such as the FDA and EMA, that have been encouraging for years the adoption of in silico methods in healthcare.

We share a vision: to deeply innovate the healthcare industry through state-of-the-art technology, which means less tests on humans and animals, and more treatments, new medicines and safer medical products for millions of people worldwide.

Our commitment has not gone unnoticed: we are proud recipients of the AI Startup of the Year Award by Startup Grind Global 2024, and of the Innovation Radar Prize 2023 by the European Commission in the AI & Smart Devices category.

Live longer, live better.
