FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) is an organization dedicated to motivating the next generation to become science and technology leaders and build a better world. Founded by Dean Kamen in 1989, FIRST robotics programs have served more than 3.2 million young people, ages 4 to 18, in more than 100 countries around the globe.
